Cancellation Policy
If you arrive anything later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time your appointment is automatically canceled & your deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time you will lose your deposit. No shows will no longer be able to book.
